Clearwater Office! I just purchased the Aspen Q3 from Clearwater store. After 5 months of searching and uncertainty, I was happy to hear from Dillon after yet another online inquiry. It was a pleasure to work with Dillon and Jesse. They made me feel really comfortable. They knew all the information I needed and they got us set up in our first perfect hot tub. Everything is set for delivery next Wednesday and we are very excited with no regrets. It was a very enjoyable experience at the Clearwater location. I thought i knew what i needed/wanted but Jesse was a star giving me clear options and choices and easily lead the way for me to choose the best option for us

If you're looking for pool sticks and supplies, they have a good selection, but I was fascinated with their cue cases more than the pool sticks themselves. We drove an hour trying to look for a McDermott and since they're a dealer but they really didn't have big selection but on the positive side, their tables were beautiful. They had skee ball machines and if you have a man cave this is definitely a place to go to get some toys for it.

WARNING - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS!! If I could give them a 0, I would! I have filed a BBB complaint AND a complaint with the state attorney's office! STAY FAR AWAY!!! We purchased a spa from them in June and had 3 different defects within the first 3 months! Two defects (a wiring issue and a defective ozonator) resulted in cloudy water issues and the last defect was an electrical FIRE hazard when the SPA MELTED OUR OUTLET!!! Our electrical met the specs in the manual and exceeded the specs we were told during the sales process!! We have had numerous communications with the dealer (Robertson's) and the spa manufacturer (Strong Spa), but have not received a refund. Robertson's refuses to take return of the merchandise and refuses to refund our money. AFTER the incidents, they told us their spa's are non-refundable, but this was NOT told to us prior to purchase, is not on our invoice and is not on their website. PROTECT YOURSELF. BUY FROM SOME OTHER BUSINESS!!
