Terrible.. pretty sure no one actually works there. Been calling and leaving messages for Dee since Nov. Better to look elsewhere.

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I received a letter in the mail that UPC insurance was pulling out of the State of Florida and that my homeowner's insurance was not going to be renewed so I called Dee and left her several messages with no return call. Very unprofessional! I switched agencies and got a new policy and two months later, I receive a packet in the mail from Slide Insurance courtesy of FLD about my "new policy" which I did NOT approve and a letter from my bank that they went ahead and paid the premium. There was absolutely no communication from Dee about this. I called Dee and left another message that the Slide policy needs to be cancelled and ofcourse, no call back. I would leave a negative 5 stars if I could.
