Working with Cinthia at GreatFlorida was the best experience I could ask for when looking for an insurance agent. My mother and I kept receiving concerning letters from our home insurance company, we de not know what to do, or who to speak with. Our past agent never answered the phone!!! On the other hand, Cinthia was great, she was quick to get our insurance, and find out what the issue was. She was communicative throughout the entire processed and made sure to explain to us what was wrong. Overall a great experience, I couldnt be more satisfied.
