Insurance & Trust

I have had this insurance agency for over 18 years and the end of 2022 was the final straw. I hope no one else has to have the homeowners insurance canceled due to the failure of the agency staff of this company. I followed the directions of their staff by completing the repairs, sending in the receipts for a new roof, new air conditioner, and the electrician's work along with photographs of everything including receipts and the work we did ourselves. Then they came back with I need this picture or that picture which had already been sent, so I resent them. Then they said a window needed repair - it was not told to us at the start but we did that and sent photos with receipts. In the end, we find out the staff NEVER turned in anything until AFTER the deadline. I also found out today ..... 1 month later a 4-point inspection was needed. That's being done tomorrow through another agency. I am removing my flood insurance from their agency as well, I can't stand the idea of this place getting any more of my money!! Please if you read this consider moving to another agency that works closely with you and communicates well with you....not one that leaves its customers without homeowners insurance and says - "We are done and there is nothing that can be done for you." There was something that could be done for us...and it is being done by someone else! And with the same insurance company.

I cannot say enough great things about Mary. She is extremely customer-oriented, prompt attention when requested, and a true insurance expert.
