I absolutely have to leave a review for this outstanding company! I have been with them since 2017 when I purchased my first house for me and my little girl (2 yo at the time). They were incredibly knowledgeable and took away all the fears and insecurities I was experiencing as a first time home buyer. Throughout the years, they have been extraordinary in their professionalism and consistency. Shelly, in particular, is phenomenal! She goes above and beyond whenever I have a question about what was going on with my lenders, what the next steps should be for increasing my coverage, and any other questions I had about my annual renewals. I trust her completely and actually cross my fingers when I call in the hopes of her answering. As a single mom, I have a million things going on at all times and Shelly has always gone above and beyond with getting down to the bottom of things when most others could have simply given me a short answer and sent me on my way to figure it out on my own. I am so fortunate to have an insurance company with such a stellar employee in my corner. A rarity nowadays, indeed. I am a very grateful customer and look forward to many more years of crossed fingers and Shelly's voice on the other end

I just have to give praise to one of the employees, Shelly Gray. For 3 years now she has helped me with questions that are above and beyond what she needs to answer. I am truly so thankful for her and her extensive knowledge about this market. She has helped me tremendously from the moment I first purchased my home in 2018. I have learned things through her service that have really made a difference in my life as a homeowner. I wanted to give her a shout out for her incredible service! The entire office is helpful and I highly recommend working with them!

Ric and his team have helped my family save money while having a premium insurance plan with a reputable company. Allstate is easy to to get repairs paid quickly and we are saving money—they are the best!
