        They are our family insurance provider at moms home. We tried to set her up to pay online and the website just wouldnt cooperate. Had to call first thing Monday morning only to get an A.I. take all the information to process the payment. So we still cant set her up online.

        144 Units, 130 are uninhabitable, stopped work in Nov because no insurance payment from Heritage. Wont even answer the phone. How do they sleep at night?

        This company deserves no stars. Young family of 4 with a newborn, roof destroyed from the hurricane and they want to give us $1800.00. Steer clear, this company will be going under soon. Its taken 2 months to even get a reply.
