Crespo Design Group presents themselves as a high-end design company, however their service is subpar and disorganized. The staff can be rude, and the company has high turnover. The owner is often unavailable, and junior designers are often assigned to projects. Some of their products are decent quality, however much of the furnishings wear out only after a year or two. Despite their 6 figure minimum fee, they promise but do not deliver high-end service and products. Follow up: I am a previous client of this company (I do not know who Les is and my full name is not indicated as it is not a requirement). I do appreciate the response and invitation to reach out. However, my partner and I have tried reaching out to this company several times and there is nothing left to address. This review is simply an honest assessment of our experience, so hopefully it is helpful in some way.

Working with Crespo Design and Enrique was such a great experience. Their ideas for our home and furnishings were fantastic and we love our finished product. We still use them for anything additional we want or need! Enrique has impeccable taste and I trust him with the look and feel of our home and beyond. Enrique Crespo and his team have been a pleasure to work with for our custom design build clients. The team has assisted our clients with selections of all interior finishes all the way through art and furniture placement within the home to ensure all is strategically placed in the right places within the home. Enrique has an amazing ability to understand his clients vision and then take the design to the next level, exceeding every expectation. Enrique is not only talented, but thoughtful in every aspect of the design process. His entire staff is as professional and detail-oriented as he is.
