we have been coming here for about a year and we LOVE everyone here. my daughter sees ms. judi for physical therapy and she loves it. everyone is so welcoming and supportive.

My boys love coming here. One of my boys has OT with Mr. Patrick and Ms Cayle and Speech therapy with Ms Sara. He loves them and Angie as well who does the yearly evaluations with them. My other son only does speech and he also sees Ms Sara, he loves her and Ms Angie as well. They are not just professional but also personable. They are very helpful with any questions and concerns I may have. You can tell they take their patients VERY serious. The front staff is absolutely AWESOME! They are efficient, friendly, caring, and yet professional. These qualities are hard to balance for many in a professional environment but not for these ladies. As long as they stay this way, I dont ever plan on leaving this office. They are stuck with us!

Well i didn't get a chance to even make it to my appointment because I was told thru text they canceled me. due to lack of confirmation. one lady was nice enough to reschedule it to 12pm since now they had me thinking my appointment at 930am and it was canceled. I attempted to call numerous times this morning but they said they were busy! unfortunately i cant make it in 10 mins when they texted me saying they canceled it. Now here comes 12 pm and i tell them if i can move it to 12 pm to 12:30. Its fine if you cant but to get on the phone and tell me well, we moved your appointment from 930 to 12 and you wasted the therapist time. Well no you texted me to tell me my 930am appointment was canceled when i simply asked a question! than since I seen you guys texted me (we released your appointment time indicating you canceled my appointment) that my child desperately needed. I understand the girl moved my appointment to 12 but there would of never been a problem if they didn't automatically assume i canceled. What a shame on you guys for being rude and what a shame that you dont take any accountability of what you guys did. Also hire better staff! im disgusted in the way i was talked to on the phone. I nearly Cried because how can you say its my fault! read your Text! and stop trying to cancel people cause you assume! I understand now why people say this place is RUDE!!!!!!!!
