If I could give a rating of zero, I would. After paying $18,000 for a screened in patio so I could enjoy a bug free, dry patio, the roof has leaked since put on 2/2022. Trying to get the contractor (paid in full) back out is an exercise in futility. Certified letters are not signed for or contractor has no forwarding address. IF he comes, he slaps more caulk on the roof which did not work the prior 6-8 times he did so. More often than not, he no shows for a scheduled appointment and does not call. Clearly a poor install connecting to existing roof or it would not still be leaking after 7 months. I have just asked for a full refund and come take product off on the manufacturer's website..contact us Definitely, NOT worth the money and ongoing aggravation for a leaking patio that leaks over the door exiting the house, the patio lounge chair and the sofa-all of which are where the existing roof and patio roof meet. Had to pull the patio furniture out to the middle of the room to avoid it getting ruined from leaking roof. Have a great contractor who does the job right and comes right out if anything is amiss...but you have to use their contractors and boy did I get a lemon which leaves a lingering bitter taste that never goes away. Searched patio covers. Met with representative Luke Powledge with RTC. Was very happy with his description of his product and subsequently have ordered the Moderno patio cover. Work to begin in June after trees have been trimmed or removed. Great product with equally great reviews. Thank you so much Luke.

I did a home renovation a few months ago and thought my house would look great with an added sunroom. After some research on the net for installers in my area, I came across Patio Renaissance and loved what they had to offer. So I contacted their Lemans Boulevard location and talked to one of their representatives. After talking with him for a while, I came to their office and took a look at the different sunroom plans they had to offer. They have a great selection, and the quality of their finished projects had me sold. I also noticed that they install Pergolas, which is something that I have wanted to add to the pool area behind my house.

I recently had a patio enclosure done for my vacation home in Tampa. Thank you Renaissance Patio products for coming up with a great line of products. I highly recommend Renaissance.
