Misrepresentation and Fraud Case against Remax and their agents Re/Max Alliance Group office ID# 779309 Managing Broker Zoe Green ID# 261507091 James Ramos Agent and Owner of Suncoast Title of Tampa Bay also Real Estate Agent with Re/Max Agent ID 261549539 Agnes Rainey Agent with Re/Max office at the time was Buyers agent Id# 846516792 On April 16th 2019 my Property at 9205 Tudor Drive #C109 Tampa FL 33615 Was sold by my Listing Agent Meir Barack from Lyn Properties ID # 261546040 to Lolia Correa De Souza Represented by Re/Max Agent Agnes Rainey at first it seemed strange that Re/Max insisted on selecting the Closing Agent company Suncoast Of Tampa Bay Title company even if that selections add additional closing cost to the Buyer and they never disclosed that this Title company was owned by their Real Estate Agent James Ramos from their office and Title company reside at same office. This Title Company never transferred the ownership of this property under Buyers Name see attached latest Tax Record. Since I live out of the country in Israel the Title company withhold 15% of the transaction which was supposed to be transferred to the IRS together with IRS form 8288 see attached form However according to IRS they never received the IRS 8288 form nor did they get 15% amount of $9089.247 my guess someone took it.
