APEX ROOFING & RESTORATION

UPDATE!!! 6/25/23 STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM APEX!! STILL WONT RETURN CALLS OR ALL THE MONEY THEY TOOK FROM THE INSURANCE!! DO NOT USE APEX OR YOU WILL GET SCAMMED LIKE A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE!!! Update: 5_4_2023, still haven't heard anything from Apex roofing, they won't return our calls and hangup when they realize who they're talking to, the insurance company found some actual laws on the books to use and are taking them to court. Hopefully we can get some of the money that the insurance company paid and repair all the things that apex charged them for and didn't even touch!! August 2022. They did a good job on the roof but... they cracked our driveway and won't repair it,left half the roof bare for a week,it rained and leaked inside the house, took over a week from start to finish and that was just the roof, gutters didn't get installed for 2 weeks after. Left trash and nails all around the house. Left holes in the walls removing the old gutters and won't repair they were SUPPOSED to repair or replace... roof on outbuildings, garage door, and air conditioner unit outside, attic vents, driveway light and more!! They got the money from the insurance company cause of the fraud laws in Florida make it easy for contractors to defraud the insurance company and did not complete half of the work!! The insurance company is still fighting with them for the money they paid.its been about 7 months now!!

it's unfortunate to hear that I am not the only person who has had problems with this company. With the promise of a new roof in "8-10 weeks" by Chad, our salesman, who said that only 4 insurance claims have ever gone to court in their business history, we hired them and got our insurance company to come out for an inspection. Of course the claim was denied and it took 10 weeks to get the Alabama office to even call us back. They kept saying their lawyers would contact us. After 4 phone calls, Kelly from the office (I think that was her name; she was wonderful) finally got the law firm to contact my husband. He was driving when they called and he said he'd call them right back. When he called back15 minutes later, the law firm sent a text via textbot saying they'd "call right back". That was 4 days ago. We stopped trying to contact anyone because we are done. Meanwhile the inspection we were required to have found several problems that did not equate to a new roof. I'm now responsible for fixing them by August or we lose our insurance. This company is the worst.

So far it's terrible, the atty kept my money for four months not telling me he had it he finally set it to apex it's almost a month now and no answer from apex I told lawyer I cancelled apex out because they never returned any calls FROM me I think the lawyer is working for apex
