OVER 32 WEEKS since the contract was signed, nothing completed. Pavers and debris still in my driveway and lawn. My deck drain gone. Some pavers still not in place. Cage just installed incorrectly. Waiting for all this to be fixed and suddenly they start asking for the money, in emails, nothing ever by word. Their horrible performance and TOTAL LACK of communication have prevented me from: 1) enjoying my pool, 2) selling my house, 3) retiring. They said we had to do a walk-thru with me before starting, and never did. They are a DISASTER to deal with! Don't do it! Filing several complaints now, the first one was entered this morning. I've never seen anything so unprofessional. I had to rate them with at least one star to enter this review, or I would picked no stars at all. They are supposed to finish no more than 14 weeks from the day started. Service: Remodeling

Up front the design process went great and Frank was very communicative and helpful through the process. But once the contract was signed thats where everything went downhill. Frank stopped being proactive in communication and I was always chasing down next steps and progress updates. Once construction began I was immediately hit with a request for an addendum for almost 7k because they improperly stated I didnt need a footer for my pool after my instance that once was needed during quote process. After finally agreeing to a 60/40 split (me/them) I was then asked to pay for led lights in the pool and the ability to change light color which was told me was included during quote process. I showed them where this was even in email but they wouldnt do unless I forked over more money. At this point I felt like I was being held hostage and just wanted my kids to have their pool. As we were wrapping they almost didnt put in my heater for our pool and spa because they forgot to order, eventually my pool was finally filled right before thanksgiving. Unfortunately it has still (Feb 7th) yet to have punch list completed to correct paint on my home that was ruined, finish tile work on spa, switched over to salt, and they left a mess that I ended up having to clean so I could have landscaping finished two months later. We went through two contractors during this project and while Danny was great once he took over since the pool was finished I can never get a hold of him to finish the job. I just want to be done with this headache so I can enjoy my pool and never think about this company again. Services: Design, General construction
