CRS Pool Service

Top two worst services ive paid for. Jason coached me on my pool heater telling me in writing he had just installed one just like it a few weeks ago. So I bought it on his blessing. Now that we have a conflict its "the cheapest heater in the united states" Thanks Jason! Where to start he charged me $1,500 to install a $3k heater. I had him come and work on my airbnb in another state. HUGE mistake not being present he took MAJOR advantage. They literally left standing urine in my toilets and didnt clean up any of their work or take the trash at the end... ($1,500 and i clean up the mess). They broke the entry to the attic and he claims that the support system is weak. Whether true or not, time will tell... he left without pointing it out and when I called him out on it he made it clear he know and just didnt tell. I find it hard to believe becasue there is a closet shelving system and they used it to climb into the roof and broke each rung on it. ridiculous!!!!! I told him id write bad review if he didnt come back or reimburse me for the damages. For three days he said he would but didnt show and we realized why. He didnt glue any of the plumbing he did and it exploded. We literally have him on film after reviewing it running out of glue and just not using glue the rest of the way through. Now the heater isnt working properly... go figure. The techs fixing it say its one of the laziest jobs all around they have seen. Homie is a super scammer. Proceed with caution. Im having to go to court. Hopefully you dont!

I had CRS pool service swap out a broken light fixture in my pool that has hasnt worked since I bought the home. They gave me an extremely competitive price and stuck to my quoted price after the work was done. All the work was complete efficiently and walked me through whatever questions I had during the process. I would highly recommend.

I cant say enough about the service and how great they are. They are reliable, exceptional and dependable. First I want to speak of the bi weekly service I get.. it is always excellent, and they always show up like clockwork and are very thorough each and every time.
