        Incredibly rude, and canceled 2 appointments due to "overbooking." One appointment they rescheduled on their own, without any call or communication whatsoever. They rescheduled it for a Friday at 2 PM. Needless to say, I couldn't be there at that time. When I rescheduled myself online, they canceled again...at least they called, this time. They said they were calling "in reference to the appointment I attempted to book." I let them know that I had a confirmed appointment, and that if they wanted to cancel again, they should send me an email to that effect, which they refused to do. I will not trust any agency this incompetent to handle financial matters. If you're going to use them, whatever you do, don't use their online scheduling system. The appointment they JUST canceled because Tom "is not in the building that day" is currently showing as available. It's a real clown show at Britton Plaza.
