LOBO TIRES SERVICE

Online shows they're open until 5:30pm. I got there at 5, stood there for 10 mins to then have the guy tell me to come back tomorrow. He had walked past me several times before that and didn't say anything. With as many tire shops as their is in the area, i would recommend going somewhere else.

I guess you have to be aggressive as a customer and get the employees' attention. I've been there 3 times. The first time, no customers were there, and they took care of me quickly. I got a good used tire that lasted me a while. 2nd time they fixed my flat in ten minutes 3rd time I parked my car and stood in the front of the service lot for twenty minutes and no one helped me. The place started getting crowded, and others were being helped that came after me and so I left.

I waited 25 minutes. Nothing. No service. No acknowledgment. Even moved my car into the bay for service. Still nothing. There was only one car ahead of me. Total waste of my time. Its sad to say but they only serve the Hispanic population. Dont go there if you are not. Update: the owners response proves no one acknowledged me. So they saw me standing there & saw me move my car. They also saw me walk into their office before I left, but they still didnt acknowledge me.
