I was looking for a in home water filtration system so that I could break the dependency on bottled water for the household. At first, I was not all that happy and had buyers remorse - I had to buy water softener for the reverse osmosis system to work and last (unexpected expense), and then the Reverse Osmosis tank didn't appear to be filling right after install. I called the Service Dept on a Saturday, and within the day they sent the installer out again who just had to make a quick adjustment to fix the Reverse Osmosis system. The water started flowing and filling as expected and it tastes great. In addition, I can really tell the difference with the water softener - I don't think my houses water was THAT hard, but I can still tell a difference, so I can only imagine houses with harder water. So far, I am very pleased with the quality of the work, product, and the responsiveness of the company. I am not sure how long it will last, but it comes with a 7 year warranty and I think they have a yearly maintenance package which I am eager to try. I didn't do any shopping around for this, so I can't say how they compare to anyone else. I kind of just purchased it on a whim - but so far, I am happy with the purchase.
