We love Dr. Joi. She & her staff are phenomenal!! She gives such personalized care. She does not overcharge & does not do tests that are unnecessary. She saved my dogs life & was as concerned as she would have been for her own pet. Very genuine & caring!!

Dr. Stetzer is an exceptional veterinarian and a truly wonderful person. Yesterday, I faced one of the most heart-wrenching decisions of having to say goodbye to my beloved Nelson. It was a moment I had dreaded for a long time. Although Dr. Stetzer was not the one administering the final act, his care for Nelson was evident. When I reached out to him for reassurance that I was doing the right thing, he went above and beyond. Despite his busy schedule, he took the time to speak with me on the phone, patiently listening and providing guidance for Nelson's well-being. He didn't just focus on treatments; he prioritized what was best for Nelson's comfort and quality of life. Dr. Stetzer's kindness, empathy, and selflessness will be not be forgotten.

I arrived in a very distressed situation, with my dog. I cannot stress enough how much I am attached to a senior 13-year-old dog. I was not in a rational mind (In retrospect). They were extremely understanding, considerate, and compassionate. They were very reasonable with me, and found a way to accommodate me and assure me I was in safe hands. I am very grateful to the staff and the veterinarians. Forget 5, 10 Stars to ALL!
