Beware! If you return a car there on a Sunday and follow the sales rep's instructions when you pick up the car and use the drop box they will rip you off and charge you for an extra days rental and a late fee! Even if you contact Hertz billing! Was a Hertz user...no more!

Really good, caring team here, had to go elsewhere only due to insurance but I think his name is Joe he was understanding and patient, even with how busy it was he did most of it by himself. Yall are doing awesome, keep up the good work. Thanks so much.

"0" Do not book with this company. They call you 2 hours before you are suppose to pick up your vehicle to tell you they have no cars and sorry but you are out of luck. Complete garbage company. Do not take the reservation if you do not have the vehicles.

I am not sure if all Hertz run like this one but this was by far the worst experience Ive ever had regarding car rentals. They will advertise amazing prices then non stop gouge you for add ons, and if you do not want them they give you a hard time and bully you into buying their products despite you already declining. Theyre also extremely insensitive to how customers feel or react when things they say out loud with other random customers in the room will have an impact to the experience with their business. They embarrassed my mother severely and I will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone ever. I highly recommend everyone to avoid this place at all costs. The name of the employee who is extremely rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful is Joe. I dont care to embarrass them as that would be hypocritical I only include their first name that by chance the owner does read their google reviews and decides to investigate further.
