I was glad I went with them to install our roof. They were patient and answered all of the questions we had. They walked us through each step of the process for our new roof and they were fast and efficient when they were putting on our roof. They came out at 7am and finished our roof the same day. Highly recommend!

If youre looking for honest, no high pressure sales about your roof. Call Family pride roofing. The gentleman came out and not only was respectful to me but to my inside of my house. We went over the procedure of how long it could take and what to expect out of the crew while they were here. The crew was as good as if not better than the salesmans who came out to my house. We settled for the metal roof. I couldnt be happier with my decision to go with Family Pride.

I just stepped in another nail that this company left behind. They did my roof and after asking them to change plywood if needed ( I would pay for it) they didnt. I could see bad plywood on the inside because I had a hole in my ceiling. Other companies have always cleaned after installing and they never leave anything behind. I have kids and dogs so this is a liability. I cleaned the yard but I co tubule to find nails. How can you do such a poor job and call yourself family pride? To your reply: my husband and I left several messages and I believe an email. I also told your people to replace whatever plywood that was bad and we will pay difference. When I came back from work and because my ceiling collapse I could see a water stain on the plywood because my living room had no ceiling. If I had water coming in through there and plywood looks damage common sense tells me plywood needs to be replaced but hey common sense is a super power these days.
