Loved my stay at Prominence on 30A! The condo was clean and comfortable. We had a few questions upon arrival and Tasha at the office was very knowledgeable and helpful! Can't wait to go back!!

We are so pleased to have Karen and Chris Clark managing our property in Prominence. The combination of property manager (Karen) and handyman (Chris) is unique and efficient. We can't say enough about the services they have provided us, just in the past few weeks that has included changing out locks, providing us information on claims and outside vendors, and most importantly, managing a major water leak. Their customer service & responsiveness have been outstanding. My wife and I are so comforted and thrilled to have them oversee our place. Way to go Panhandle...!

Tasha might be new to Panhandle Getaways but she is certainly not new to property management. From our very first interaction with her, it was apparent that she was a seasoned professional. She has been responsive to us, at virtually any time during the day or evening, and has quickly and appropriately addressed any issue. I cant recommend her and the entire Panhandle Getaways staff highly enough!

Karen and Chris Clark manage our ocean front condo at Eastern Shores 108 for Panhandle Getaways and they do an awesome job. It is kept very clean, constantly taking care of repairs until completion and always communicate with me. They are efficient and get the job done and follow up with photos for us to review. They are a top notch couple that make being an out of state owner a smooth and competent experience. Would highly recommend them and the company!

I've partnered with Panhandle Getaways with the management of my property in Prominence off 30A since late 2019. The team at the Hub -- Julie, Karen, Chris, Tasha -- have been so responsive to my needs as an owner. My vacation guests are happy with PHG's service -- from its website to its hospitality app -- from reservation to check-in thru checkout. Any guest need has been met by the team located at The Hub which is just across the street. As an owner, my property has been cared for in a way that makes me think, "my home is sparkling clean and well-cared for" each time I arrive. PHG is quick to respond to any email, call or text I send. Karen & Julie were especially helpful when dealing with a prickly guest situation recently. We have a regular cleaning crew (lady & gentleman team) who take extra care of our property. And, PHG offers a trash service which collects guest trash on day of check-out! Sharon in marketing has been so helpful making owner requested adjustments to our property listing; Misty & Stacy have been professional in assisting with reservations; Marilyn was quick to correct a slight error on my owner's statement. Great team! I'm so pleased partnering with Panhandle Getaways and recommend their services to vacation rental owners and guests.
