Horrible treatment of employees especially by managers had three of my friends work there and even came in a couple times my self. The manager (Valerie) threatened to fire my friend even though she was made aware of her school schedule and she fired my other friend because he had covid and couldnt come in. Shes really insulting but the staff are nice

The customer service was fantastic!! They had exactly what I was looking for and Valerie the store manager was great, really loved her upbeat energy.

Amazing customer service and products! I was giving up on shopping for the day Bc other stores were so rude, but the worker that helped me today was so nice. I didnt catch her name but she had brunette hair and a nose piercing. She definitely deserves a raise!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I understand that the whole pandemic is going on but RUDENESS is so uncalled for. I was there with my friend looking for a shoe for her son and unfortunately it wasnt in stock. The Sales clerk which I wont say a name said we dont have and and its not for sale anymore then proceeded to say GET OVER IT ?!?!? EXCUSE ME. That was not only necessary but overall worst customer service. Teach your employees that they still need to care about customers. No matter what your still getting paid you are not there to help anyone for free.

0/10 do not recommend going nor working at this store. Had a friend work there and have terrible service during their employment! The manager (Val) is very rude, selfish, and not understanding at all! My friend had Covid-19 and had to quarantine for 10 days and after those 10 days she was constantly in and out of the hospital with life threatening symptoms and the manager (who seems to not care about her employees) wrote her up for not showing up to work .. absolutely ridiculous! This service should not be allowed or tolerated considering this is the MANAGER of a public place! Having teens work for you is not only a learning moment for them but also a time stone in these kids lives, and getting mistreated and abused in multiple ways by someone with the title manager is not appropriate or acceptable. This needs to be stopped!
