As I was waiting on my Q5 being serviced I was wandering the showroom since I had been casually considering an upgrade. I ultimately purchased a new vehicle and the experience was once again top notch. The General Sales Manager Susan was amazing. She was so pleasant and easy to work with and understood my needs. The sales ambassador Jay was phenomenal and knowledgeable. He did not rush me in making my final decision. I will always recommend Jay and Audi of Melbourne if youre looking for quality in all ways by means of brand and customer service!

Had a great experience purchasing a Q5 here! Sean Santis and team were fun and easy to work with we never felt pressured to buy and felt like they really cared about getting us in the right vehicle. This is second time I had my Audi serviced here. Cant say enough about the quality of the service. Especially want to complement Carlos Navarro, my service consultant. Being in business myself, I really appreciate customer service that is outstanding, like Carlos provides. He is very good to deal with, explains things and tends to go over and beyond (personally removed inspection decals I had from another state).
