        Rob's did a fabulous job fixing my Mini Cooper. I explained I was selling it and they took care of everything quickly and even parked my car on the side of their lot so my SALE sign was seen from people driving by. Thank you!

        This shop has had my car for over 3 months. They have horrible communication and dont have any sense of urgency to fix my vehicle. They like to charge a lot of money but not fix your vehicle. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. Theres much better shops in the area.

        I recently purchased a Ferrari California from a car dealer in Melbourne, but prior to my purchase I knew I needed a thorough PPI. I live in the Orlando area, so I was concerned about getting a PPI in an area I am not familiar with, but I decided on Robs Euro Werks based on Google reviews. I was able to follow the progress of the PPI, as the mechanic added notes to the online portal throughout the process, which was great. Once the PPI was complete, I felt comfortable making the drive to Melbourne to complete the purchase, as I knew exactly what the condition of the car was. They were able to accommodate a next-day PPI at a fair price. Great experience all the way around and I highly recommend Robs Euro Werks for your exotic PPI.

        LOL what a RIP OFF! HUSTLERS I tell you. Tried to charge over $900 for a control arm job, on only ONE SIDE of the car, when all it needed was a new strut for a fraction of that price, who knows what else they schemed and swindled. SMH just take one look at their lot, FULL OF CARS they're probably milking owners for! That tells you alot. Even the receptionist has a pretentious sycophantic smarmy attitude. Take it from me - DONT TRUST THESE GUYS! There are better honest shops around. May this review be a lesson to them.

      First of all Sebastian, your father who is the work order contact, has known what is going on with the car. We diagnosed it back in October and found out you needed an oil pump. The oil pump is and has been on back order with no eta. We have asked you to pay the diagnostic fee and pick up car due to the part not being available and we will not be putting in a used oil pump. You both still have not picked up the car and payed your bill since October. You have asked us to confirm, for sure, that the back ordered oil pump is the correct one for your engine. Due to you putting a used engine into the vehicle. Most shops would have charged to remove the oil pan to confirm. However instead of charging you all that labor we saved you money and drained the oil and used a Borescope through the drain plug hole to confirm and found that it is indeed the correct back ordered oil pump and balance shaft assembly. So before writing a bad review, I suggest you get your facts straight. Also, we suggest you make sure you come pick up your car as we can have a tow company do an abandon car pick up. As you have left the car for 3 months now.

      HelloI’m sorry you’re having issues with your car. However we do not have a customer with the above name in our system. We also do not have an estimate/quote for a control arm replacement in our system for one side control or an RO for a diagnosis of a suspension issue in the last week or so. As for the information you stated above does not apply to our business it would be greatly appreciated to be removed from our google listing.As for a parking lot full of cars that people drive by and see should ask why there are so many broken cars in an automotive repair shops parking lot, 1. Owner of business could own some of those cars for repair, 2. Some of those cars could be old and waiting on parts to come in as older European cars can be difficult to get certain parts, 3. Other cars could be waiting on a client to make a decision on repairs, 4. Some cars could be waiting’ to come in for repairs or diagnoses as the shop is working on other cars inside the shop, 5. How about gathering facts before posting untrue opinions on the internet Hope you and your family have a great Holiday Season!
