I had been searching the internet for a very specific (color & options) MB E450 convertible. I found exactly what I was looking for at Rolls-Royce /Bentley Palm Beach and sent an e-mail request for more information. Ishmail Merritt Client Advisor quickly reached out to me to introduce himself and get additional background on my questions. The car was a trade-in for a Bentley Convertible and he provided me with all the background information that he had at hand. I had other questions which he had to research and was extremely responsive in a very professional and friendly manner to answer all my questions.
