I got my hair done Wednesday by Jessica G. She did such an amazing job! I even missed my first appointment & she was kind enough to reschedule me for later that day. She is so proficient in color & cuts, shes a master stylist, I have never loved a hair cut & color this much. She knew exactly what I wanted, and did it flawlessly. She is the only person who was able to get the blue out of my hair. I will definitely be going back to her, shes my new stylist. If you are in south Florida you must go see her! Also its super fun to get your hair done & shop around ulta after! Thanks again Jess you are the bestttt!!!

I normally dont like writing reviews but today I giving this a two star rating. I dont shop here but today I came to pick up my friends online order and she had put my name under her order just in case she didnt have the chance to pick it up. When I got inside the store, I was waiting for someone to assist me and this young lady ask me for the name of the order and she told me that she couldnt give the order to me because it is not on my name and I told her that well its my friends order but my name is also under the alternate person and she was having a hard time understanding me like I show her the code and the ID of mines and my friend and she still didnt want to get the order to me. I called my friend to let her know and she called the store about. I went back to the store to show her proof that my name is under her order. Then she finally lets me get my friends order. I didnt wanted to be rude but that was the most horrible experience because I dont think she didnt believe me that I was telling the truth., and I let my friend know about it. I couldnt grab the young lady name because she didnt have her name tag on.

Store is quite a mess, same brand items are all over the place, shelves are very bare and lots of trolly racks piled up blocking products. Ladies at the counter and security are very friendly though.

This is the worst experience I had few days ago, the old lady named Martta that works at Ulta drove me crazy, she wants me to buy what she wants, made me feel very uncomfortable with her rush and her vocabulary, very aggressive talking to me, so I left, then I met another lady that was well educated and calm which helped me a lot, and I spent lots of money with her. Behind the counter I hear the crazy lady asking customer to write reviews on her and I see they did, that is very sad. Low profile people are professionals.
