My parents live in Florida and I am always looking for something different (and usually last minute!) for birthdays, anniversary, holidays, etc. Iam so happy I found Gift Baskets By Design and it will be my new go-to! I started a chat window to first see if I could still get same day delivery and was surprised to read yes! (it just doesn't always show up on the site). Kayla was wonderful and a pleasure to work with! She immediately put me on the day's delivery even though I had not yet picked anything out, was patient while I looked at baskets on the site, offered terrific suggestions, and ultimately helped me put together a perfect Happy Anniversary/Thinking of You basket for my parents, pulling a little from different baskets I saw on the website and adding some extra touches!
