        Jean, who identified himself as the head of security is by far one of the worst employees to have ever experienced. I would rate the experience as one star and I have video of this proof. Despite spending close to $500 on liquor at the resort, we were accused twice of bringing our own alcohol. When asked to prove it, Jean, who identified himself as the head of security, was unable to provide evidence and instead took a picture of a glass that contained the resort's alcohol (our waiter confirmed). Sam, our server, was exceptional and one of the main reason we stayed. It was unnecessary for Jean to approach us aggressively in this situation. Our group was there to celebrate our 10-year-old cousin's birthday, and there were one infant and a few kids present when he caused his tantrum. Lastly, we didn't leave was because we didn't want our little cousin to remember her birthday as leaving the resort. Reconsider coming here.
