        I visited the rooftop bar and the service was subpar. We waited about 40 minutes for a drink where many other patrons were served prior to us and that arrived after our party.

        The best part of this hotel is the staff. In particular Angie at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful to me. And Dakota who was knowledgeable on the area when he was driving the local cart and working the front desk. Both were great representatives of Hilton.

        Stayed here 9 weekends this year, the location is great, the people are better! Everyone from valets, front desk, led by Santiago, and servers are helpful and friendly. They all make you feel like you are home! Do highly recommended staying here if you can!

        Seth and Canopy Team were Super. The food and drinks on the rooftop were amazing, not to mention the view. Everyone was very nice and seemed to really care about my party and I having a great experience in West Palm! Thanks again!! Rooms: Rooms are spacious, great views, awesome showers with overhead rain shower heads, nespresso machine in the room, super comfy beds! Safety: Very safe and quiet at night Walkability: Good eats and nightlife within a 10 min walk Food & drinks: Great food on the rooftop with friendly service.

        First and last time ever in this hotel. Check-in went well but boy weve got treated with a lot of noise from a rooftop party, while our room was on the 10th floor probably right under the party. It is very noisy in the room, because there is also no dubble glass windows so you get a lot of noise from the busy road en railway as well. Then on top of that there was a dog barking from 10 pm till 2 am, probably because they were out partying! So almost no sleep for us that night. Then after breakfast we asked the vallet to get our car(yes, vallet parking at $38 a day only). It was a disaster, there is only space for about 4 cars pulling in infront of the hotel and it was total chaos. More people comming in and there was no space so they dubble parked and nobody could go trough. We literally had to wait for 1 hour en 20 minutes before they finally got our car. So short of staff, vallet parking is terrible due to car lift to park cars and not enough space infront of hotel. So a definitely no no when were paying over $1.000 for 2 nights!
