        Stayed for a weekend with my fiance and loved our stay here. For its price you can't beat the service that comes with it. Ps ask for a cookie when you check in the to die for!!! Rooms: Big, clean rooms, ours had a couch in it mini fridge microwave etc Safety: Safe and quite part of industrial palm beach. Food & drinks: The restuarant down in the lobby sells DELICIOUS cheeseburgers!! Noteworthy details: The hotel staff are very polite and professional. If you have a problem just notify them and they hop on it immediately.

        Ive worked in several hotel departments. The bartender, Joe (I believe), was great and went out of his way to give us a good experience. The front desk staff needs training. When I approached, Tynishia was leaning on the desk, drinking her DD coffee drink, and having a conversation with a friend on speakerphone. Tynishia was looking to argue about matters rather than just be supportive and friendly. It was really uncomfortable. The other staff member was much friendlier and accommodating. The front desk staff the day prior was also difficult. I had 3 rooms booked. I wanted a different card used for incidentals, but they charged the whole reservation to the card. I had to prove my rate included breakfast for one of the rooms by showing her on the app. As someone who worked in hotels, I would say that this hotels management needs to train the front desk. When I mentioned to Tynishia that when I worked front desk we were not allowed to lean on the desk (let alone eat or drink and talk on our personal cell phones), she became nearly hostile.

        I really don't understand what anyone would be complaining about here. This is a beautiful hotel. Joe and the staff were extremely welcoming and the room is big and beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Awesome place.
