recently had the pleasure of dealing with Kyzar Air Conditioning when we faced an unexpected issue with our AC system. From the moment I reached out, their response was incredibly quick, demonstrating their commitment to customer service. They sent a technician to our home right away, which was a relief given the urgency of our situation. Upon inspection, the technician informed us that we would need a new system due to a refrigerant leak. What stood out to me was not just the speed of their service but the quality of it. The technician was not only courteous but also highly educated on the matter and professional throughout the entire process. Its rare to find someone who combines expertise with genuine care for the customers situation. Though the news of needing a new system was not what we hoped for, the clarity and understanding provided by the technician made the situation much easier to navigate. Kyzar Air Conditioning has definitely earned my trust and gratitude for their exemplary service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and professional AC services.

Gabriel was able to fix 2 of my issues in a very timely manner! He came out on a Saturday night after hours and the price was very reasonable for the service call. He was extremely professional. He made some good suggestions to save money and energy for my home. I've been using Kyzar for roughly 6-7 years now. Always prompt and helpful in an emergency. And with regular service. Highly recommend!

Glad to have come across with a company that is honest and professional. Kuper was amazing, kind, and procedurally and did not stop until he found a solution, to make our very old AC work, so our customers can enjoy their meals comfortably . Thanks again Kuper, keep up the good work

Called in a Sunday night. Tech came out in within 10-15mins stated we need a new coil and would not make sense to repair the unit. The technician then said we would have a quote for a new unit tomorrow. Two days have gone by with no quote or follow up. We called the office and were simply told oh there is nothing in the system we will reach back out to the tech. So we are now in sweltering heat for two days with zero progress and paid $155 for a visit. Not good business practices here from what Im already experiencing.
