Venetian Nail Spa (Rosemary Square)

I came in on my lunch break and they put me with someone who was brand new. I understand that everyone has to learn but this should be communicated to the customer to see if they have time to be with someone in training. It had been an hour and she only soaked off my nails. Didn't start the process of putting on anything. She spilled the dip powder all over the table and finally I just politely asked if I could be put with someone else. I ended up spending 2.5 hours here just for a dip manicure. The second person was rushing. I was late getting back to work. I will not be back to this establishment. Do not recommend coming here. My nails look horribly rushed.

Not even one star, I wanted to do a simple white faded color, and it seems like is too much a challenge here, I showed the pic what I wanted, the result just look cheap. I have never done powder process, is just not looking good at all. The total charge of this is nearly 100 including tip. No service at all. DO NOT recommend!

The worst experience ever. While the work is average, the rudeness of the people that work there is beyond compare. They do not apply lotion on your hands, the warm towels is hit or miss and worst of all the manicurists do not even make eye contact. They do not even greet you, they are very unpleasant and you do not know they are done because they simply walk away send let you sit there like an idiot. If they are so unhappy in their jobs why dont they simply quit, I can always go elsewhere. and I have! Good riddance.
