Red Rooter Plumbing

Well, my previous review was 5 stars. Unfortunately, this company was purchased and we just had the worst experience we have ever had for plumbing repairs. They now overcharge and no longer stand by their work. They literally installed a kitchen faucet that was clearly damaged and now they say they don't warranty hardware. They never should have installed it in the first place. The Sales Manager lied about being in the house the entire time. Stay far away from Red Rooter. OLD: Eric was very helpful not only with the plumbing but the overall process of repairing our kitchen. Thumbs up! Service: Plumbing leak detection

McNaire is phenomenal. He went above and beyond during my whole home repipe. When he needed to come back, he came and re-assessed the work he did to make sure everything was working the way it is supposed to, he was punctual, patient in explaining everything. We have had such an amazing experience with him and told him wed follow him wherever he goes! Well only be requesting him for our plumbing needs. Thank you McNaire!!! The customer service overall with this company is also very good.

Jesse came to my work place for an event that he was late for and started being very aggressive and hostile towards me and my coworkers and even towards his own female companion that was with him the cops had to be called because of his rude childish and disruptive behavior
