        Over 2 weeks ago I scheduled you to pump out my Septic tank . I took the day off from work, I called and confirmed you would be here today. I called again and noon to make sure and again you confirmed. At 1:15 pm I received a text that you would be here in 45 minutes . At 3 pm I call again and was told I was next . At 4:22 I call and you were closed and no one came . When I booked my appointment I was the only person booked for today yet you never showed. I'm extremely disappointed in your lack of professionalism . I definitely will express my views with your company on all social media platforms . I would not recommend them to anyone . Hire someone who runs their business like a business and not haphazardly . Extremely dissatisfied customer
