I recently used ECO Tree Experts for the second time. I had absolutely no complaints either time. They carried out their tasks just as they promised and hauled away all the debris, leaving no indication of their presence behind. I have recommended them to others with absolutely no reservation. They are a very professional company!

This is the second time I have used Eco Tree Experts. I was impressed that they were able to trim, remove trees and haul debris the same day. My second experience has been a nightmare. They trimmed my trees and left a huge pile of debris on the parkway near the curb - assuring me it would be picked up "today or tomorrow." For several days they refused to return my calls. My next door neighbor even called and complained the pile was blocking her view of traffic when she pulled out of her driveway. Now the pile is blocking stormwater from the sewer and causing flooding in the street. Three days ago they assured me the debris would be picked up "today or tomorrow." The pile remains. The city will fine me if it is not hauled away soon. If you use them, please do not make the mistake I made of paying them before the debris is removed.

Our beautiful, huge globe Willow had to be removed because of bug damage, so we called ECO. Two of his employees arrived at the time scheduled and meticulously started their work. It took about 6 hours to complete the removal, and they left our yard super clean.

Absolutely top notch service. I had 11 trees removed and stump grinding. They did the job quick and they cleaned up the mess very well. I highly recommend you use ECO Tree Experts.

These guys are absolutely the best around. Not only did they come out same day to give me a quote, they were able to schedule my services within a week or so. I had to actually ask THEM to give me a month since I didnt expect them to be so quick lol. Ive had a war waged against the invasive trees on our property ever since we moved in and just couldnt deal with them anymore. Eco Trees is like my knight in shining armor lol. John was very polite and honest about what services they had and the cost. He even came out same day as the service work because I wanted to add more work on. We were able to hash out the new scope of work and cost, and got the crew that was already on-site to do the additional work. Nicholas (director of operations) stayed on-site to oversee the work for about half of it before going to another job site. He walked the property with me and John to make sure everything I needed done was done correctly. He was super professional and friendly. Hed answer any questions we had. The foreman, Nolan, stayed for the remainder of the work. Him and his crew were outstanding. Nolan walked the property with me at the end to make sure I was satisfied with the work before they packed up. (Honestly, at the start I thought that was a gimmick that was being pitched to make potential customers feel more comfortable signing up. Clearly its actually in their business model!) The crew removed 5 trees, trimmed/canopy lifted 4 trees, and cut back the overgrown trees from the empty lot next door (about 100ft along property line) in a few hours. It was insane how efficient they were! Stump grinders came out a few days later. No huge holes left, just tilled ground. Eco Trees got the huge pile of debris hauled away quickly as well. All in all, I will be using them for all my tree needs. Also, shout out to Brittney in their office for always being quick to give me an update. She seemed to always know what was going on and could give me an update quickly if she didnt. Services: Tree stump grinding, Tree trimming & pruning, Tree removal
