Chase Bank

Went here to take out a chunk of money they black lady used the machine to count it 3 times infront of men I trusted the bank when I got home I was missing. Cant do nothing about it because they would say i spent it. Count your cash infront of them even if its holds up the line. Very upset about this

Visiting this center today Saturday and had a great experience! JOSE (teller side) greated me with a smile and asked how can he service me today. I Just needed a credit card Statement love his willingness to help me seconds of me walking in the bank. He has a great attitude and friendly smile Very good attention, he helped me in everything, spectacular, he met all expectation. Thank you

Ive been calling for the past 2 weeks, every day 2-3 times a day and no one answers the phones in branch. Ive had Chase customer service reach out also and no answer. Insanity
