Went to get some documents I could not obtain online, although they were busy anything that did not require specialized attention was taken care of very timely, I cant remember the name of the Haitian lady that assisted me, but if youre reading this, thanks, you were very sweet and quick to resolve your clients needs.

I have only had one maybe two good experiences going to the bank to do a deposit for my business. Today's experience was the worst so far. Paola is passive aggressively rude, talked down to me like I'm an idiot. Know-it all jerks like Paola are the #1 reason I'll never bank with Chase. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
