Staybridge Suites Winter Haven - Auburndale, an IHG Hotel

Right in front of airport, overall not an issue.. but if your room backs the airport, it has Amazon cargo flights that begin to fly out at about 5 am. Issue in room with loose water nozzles, light to moderate water pressure. There was a breakfast issue for the entire week which resulted in only an offering of packaged frozen breakfast sandwiches and the usual, yogurts, fruits, cereal. Pool heater was out of order, so pool was cold, and somewhat dirty. Rooms: Convenient, full size refrigerator with ice maker. Comfortable bed, relatively quiet on our floor at this time of the stay.

My family and I booked two rooms here and stayed for the week. This is easily the best hotel Ive ever stayed in and all my family said the same thing. The staff are super friendly and helpful, a great breakfast every morning. Its just very inviting and cozy and doesnt feel like a stuffy hotel. We actually enjoyed being at the hotel and in our rooms when we had our other family member who lived in the area come visit when we werent out and about. I cant say enough good things about this place. Now we are talking about going back once a year and always staying here. We also met a woman named Sam who lives there who was very sweet that befriended my mom and I, she was very nice to talk to and very helpful too. We will definitely be coming back!

Great place to stay! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious! I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this one of the best experiences at a hotel in 25 years! Thank you Staybridge for a wonderful experience.
