Carlos was an absolute gem through this entire process! He was extremely easy to work with and even more helpful with any question at all that came up! He made this process for our first home-buy so smooth it felt perfect. I will recommend him to any and everybody! He is extremely personable and has exceptional customer service. There is not a single negative thing we could possibly ever say about Carlos. Carlos and his team went above and beyond for us! My husband and I are first time home buyers so we were pretty nervous initially. Carlos helped us look at our finances and find what monthly mortgage we’d be comfortable with and used that to help us figure out what we were comfortable with overall. We threw numbers around for days and he answered every silly question with patience. He truly walked through the process with us! His team members were prompt with their communication and kept us in the loop from day one to closing day. We are grateful!
