We worked with the branch manager, Mark. Mark and his team are like a well-oiled machine, and he knows the ins and outs of the industry because of his experience. Mark was always availble for us and answered all of our questions, and since we are first-time homebuyers, we came into this process with virtually no knowledge. Mark is a fantastic educator who was very patient with us and always willing to teach us. Whenever we had a conversation with him, we walked away learning way more than we thought we would. Mark fought hard for us when he didn't have to, which shows that he cared about us and getting us a great deal. He had our best interests at heart and we will forever appreciate it. We made a real friend out of the process!
