For the second time I come to show my indignation at this condominium run by truly incompetent and irresponsible people, I have been ending my contract for a year on the 10th of this month, 2 months before I told them that I was leaving, why have I been bathing in a shower for the entire year? that is falling apart, I have put my complaint here, 6 months ago, I have sent email a thousand times to the office, twice they never did anything to us, they left it with a black patch and the toilet leaking everywhere, I tried to change apartments, I went to ask about the process and they wanted to put me in another, more rigid contract and it didn't suit me, I kept complaining and Mrs. Alexa Molina, who is disrespectful, told me that they weren't going to be anything, why? I wanted to move to another apartment, the house was filled with mold, why is the building full of leaks in all the apartments, I let them know and they made fun of me, I made the decision to move, why were we living in a apartment in inhumane conditions, my contract ends in 3 days, I sent that lady Alexa Molina the first days of the month, that we were already ending on the 10th, what I had to do to hand over the keys, and what should be done in these 10 days first He told me to hand over the keys and fill out a moving paper. Now I get home and see a document on the door, threatening me that if I didn't pay for the entire month he would send me to court, since I had a deposit of almost 1,500 dollars. Where I would pay for the 10 days, but not the entire month, why wouldn't I live it, this is a low blow from unscrupulous people, who put us to live in inhumane conditions, where they have mocked us for an entire year with us, I work in the city and I am going to make a report on the uninhabitable conditions that these buildings have, mainly 3048, my apartment is A, I hope that people see this comment so that they refrain from moving, there

RUN AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Rent is expensive and if its not paid on time you will get calls and the eviction talk with in the 2nd week rent isnt paid on time !! .. as if its not going to get paid the WIPS service SUCKS lets not forget your already charged a 100$ late FEE and the electricity company they use is just as expensive too cheaper properties with same amenities else where! reviews tell the truth learned my lesson!
