Pudles Pressure Washing

We contacted Mr. Pudles to receive a quote for a job at our office. He was told that the job was for the sidewalk only. An estimate was requested. The instructions were to do the job on a Wed, Thurs, or Friday morning. He came out on a Monday without authorization, did the job for $350.00 without giving an estimate, and pressure washed the curb of the parking lot. The parking lot has recently been painted and sealed which is very expensive to do. The pressure washing he did on the curb washed off the new paint in the parking lot that we just paid for. So much for our beautiful new parking lot.
