Spartan Solar

My experience working at Spartn Solar left much to be desired. While the company touts itself as having good morals, I found a different reality behind the scenes. The work environment had a somewhat cult-like atmosphere where dissenting opinions were discouraged. Unfortunately, I also encountered instances of dishonesty among some employees, which was disappointing. Transparency and integrity should be at the core of any organization, but it seemed that these values were not consistently upheld. Overall, my time at Spartn Solar was marked by a discrepancy between the company's outward image and the actual workplace culture. It's essential for any company to live up to the values it promotes, and in my experience, Spartn Solar fell short in this regard.

The agent that helped us through the lease process, Alex Soriano, is first class. Knowledgeable, and very accessible. He returned calls quickly and answered every question. Very personable, easy to work with. I recommend him for any accolade/ or bonus the company offers. Sandra L.

DeShawn was absolutely, hands down, one of the best sales representatives of any company I have ever dealt with. He followed through on all promises he made during the initial interview and made sure all paperwork was in order and completed correctly. He was available whenever I had any issue with installation process and corrected it promptly. Going so far as to follow up many times with his chain of command to ensure my personal satisfaction with the work completed and the enphase monitoring app was working properly. 11/10. I already recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

Please do not do business with this company. I allowed Julian Gomez to come into my home and listen about their product. What he said sounded good, unfortunately it was all a lie. They claimed the system would produce enough electricity to cover our usage. The reality is it produces about 40%, only. So now I have a high solar bill and still a high electric bill as well, not the $8.00 electric bill like Julian claimed. Also, he will talk about a big rebate, that he knows the majority of people will only get a small portion of, but he will present it like you will receive the whole amount. I have tried numerous times to contact this company, even tried to call the CEO, Alex Smith. Neither one of these two will contact me back. They subbed the solar panels for installation to Titan Solar so I tried to call them with my questions concerning the solar panels and they will not return my call either. When a company will not return a customers phone call when they are aware of the problems then I think it is safe to say that these companies are SCAMMING people. Take a look at Linked in so you know what these two look like and do not let them in your home! They will say anything to make a sale.
