Have heard so much drama going on around about employees talking about other employees. Drama. I heard of 2 rbts fired over personal vendettas and drama. Heard the employees have to walk on egg shells for their jobs. Ive gotten to know some employees and wow this place is a soap opera in itself. My son is on the spectrum and I would never recommend bringing your children here! Very unprofessional place!

Parents, I'm very sorry, but I'm going to tell you about my experience in this place that was not at all good. First of all, for this place, your child is a dollar sign. For anyone who wants more information, I can show you the emails I had with all the people from that place so you can see that, in the end, your child is just a business for them. I'm going to tell you about my experience. Our child was diagnosed with autism, and after many years of hard work and doctors, there were improvements, but they were not age-appropriate. We moved to Orlando, and the doctor mentioned a therapy called ABA that needed to be done. We searched, and there weren't many options in Orlando, but this new place had it. It was a 45-minute drive from my house, but it didn't matter; I made that trip four times a day to help our child. In the first month, they assigned us a professional therapist, and we started to see changes. In the second month, they informed us that the therapist couldn't continue with our child, so they assigned another one with less experience. All they did was play board games, draw, and blow bubbles. When I saw that this was the therapy I was paying for, I talked to the manager, and he said it was part of the therapy for them to play. At the end of the month, the therapist left again. They didn't have a replacement, so one day, a very young and unprofessional-looking "therapist" appeared. I didn't want to judge him by his appearance, but someone who goes to work in flip-flops with orange hair and without combing it wasn't a good example. But according to them, he was a guy who was "studying." In the first few weeks, I didn't see any improvement in my child; he became more repetitive, and because he couldn't express himself, he didn't tell me everything that happened there.. One day, I arrived early and saw my child watching YouTube on the phone the therapist gave him. I asked the manager, 'What is my child doing with a phone?' Maybe it's part of the program? If listening to Daft Punk is part of the program, I'm not paying for that. The manager said he would talk to the therapist. Okay. Every day, I arrived an hour early to observe from the car because I could see the room where my child and the therapist were from the outside. After three days of observing the phone therapy, I entered very early and saw my child with Daft Punk again (I should clarify that my child liked one song and repeated it millions of times). So, we seriously discussed removing our child from there or changing his therapist because we didn't see any improvement. From there, they told us we had to take him out of school and give him more hours at InBloom. I asked, 'So he can spend more time with the phone?' Their response was that it's not effective because he comes for a few hours. I said, 'But I pick up my child from school at noon, and he's here until 6 pm every day, and that's not enough?' Okay, if I take him out, what happens to his schooling? The response was that they are not a school, and he would lose those years of education. In other words, they were holding my child back. So, from that moment, we decided not to continue with them. They insisted that we had to pay for the whole month (the insurance had already authorized and paid for the entire month). We mentioned that our child was exhausted, and so were we. We couldn't even take vacations because of the contract that required us not to miss a certain number of days, and if he was sick, we had to provide a doctor's note. All of this was to avoid losing money. We finally withdrew him, after talking countless times with someone who supposedly owned InBloom and explaining what happened. He only talked about money and more hours, never listening to what was happening in the therapy and why we made our decision. So, we decided to withdraw our child forcefully. After 5 years, a collection agency contacted me a week ago. Why? If my child didn't attend for the rest of the month, and not because of our fault, it was because we couldn't tolerate our child losing more school hours.

We want to express our sincerest apologies for the negative experience you and your family had with our team 5 years ago. We have since implemented dress codes and several guidelines to ensure quality care across all of our Learning Centers. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we take it very seriously and would like to address them. We are both required by law and contractually obligated by the insurance plans to bill and collect patient responsibility. Also, it saddens us to hear that you felt your child was treated with nothing but the utmost care and respect while receiving the support they needed. Our primary focus is on the well-being and progress of the children we serve and any impression other than that goes against our values. In regards to your statement about insurance paying in advance, that is not accurate. There are zero insurance plans that pay in advance for our services, this industry is entirely fee-for-service. We're also sorry to hear about the challenges you faced with therapist transitions and the therapy approach provided to your child. We understand that consistency and quality of therapy are critical which is why we provide comprehensive ABA Therapy at our Learning Centers. This means a Therapy treatment plan can range from 20 to 40 hours per week based on the child's individual assessment that our Board Certified Behavior Analysts conduct and review with parents and caregivers prior to starting services. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
