        You can go ahead and ignore any poor reviews on this company. My family has been using Patterson for decades and I could not come up with one single complaint if I tried. Dan and Tammy are stellar. The job always gets done and done properly. Wish we had more businesses that operated like this one these days.

        The lady that answers the calls was rude and treated me like I was stupid. She sounded bored and tired of talking, I just wanted to get a quote but I said we wanted a recommendation too, she said ''No-uh, we don't do that''. It is sad because I got their contact from another company that recommended them... Need to improve those customer service skills.
