Brookstone Animal Hospital

Took our dog a handful of times over the past three years. The first time they were able to get him feeling better almost immediately. Sadly he started declining due to old age/cancer. The vets we saw here were able to help him stay as comfortable as possible until we were ready to help him cross rainbow bridge. Very caring people. We saw a few different vets and they were all great. They showed compassion and love to my sweet dog.

We LOVE Brookstone Animal Hospital!!! Through the years, we have gotten to know well Dr. Hiers, Dr. West, & Dr. Mizell! We have gone there for well-check appointments & baths, Rx food & meds, & for my moms dogs to board when she visited (they were aggressive to our fur babies). We have also gone there in crisis for emergent surgeries on one of our dogs & on one of our cats years later. We have, sadly, had to go there for end-of-life farewells when our Weimaraner got bloat a second time as a 16 year old & she was just too frail to withstand the surgery again. Each time we go to Brookstone Animal Hospital, we have been treated with professionalism & respect, but also as family. They make us feel so special & have always make all of our fur babies feel comforted & happy. They have a special room just for cats & both of ours do well there, but weve also done joint appointments with our dogs & cat (before we had the second kitty rescue). They also helped pave the way for us to adopt our German Shepherd. Theres no doubt, she loves going to Brookstone Animal Hospital! When were out walking by, she veers toward it, thinking we should drop by for a visit, & she is always overjoyed to walk through the doors! Even with her recent surgery, she has perked up & insisted on loving on the whole staff while there for wound checks. Dr. Hiers has been a Godsend with her treatments & surgery. Yes, vet care is expensive &, despite all our pets being adoptions/rescues, there is no such thing as a free fur baby. We used to go to a different vet & switched to Brookstone Animal Hospital many years ago.soon after the doors opened.because their pricing was comparable & their location couldnt be more convenient. Once we saw/felt their heart & soul & love for our fur babies, we were sold. We have been there for many many years now, have shared them with lots of friends & neighbors who love them too, & are so grateful to have them here!

Brookstone Animal Hospital is the best, especially Dr West. He is the only vet we take our Teddy to for physicals & if Teddy gets sick! The front desk staff & the technicians are very sweet & really listen to you.

Wonderful experience! I just moved here from out of state and decided to try Brookstone Animal Hospital as it was the closest to my home. Dr. Heirs was so thorough with my elderly cat who was having respiratory issues. Not only did she explain everything while I was in the office she completed and emailed a detailed report of the visit. When the blood results came back another full report of the results were emailed and she called and spent quality time explaining the results and treatment options. Very happy that this vet is the closest to my home as we will return.
