        My grandfather loves this community but unfortunately CANNOT afford the automatic 5% rent increase every year at lease renewal. He will be moving after 4 years here, as he is no longer able to afford the rent. :-(

        Legacy at Walton Park is a wonderful place to call home. The building and grounds are very impressive and very well maintained. The apartment layouts are well planned with modern energy efficient appliances. The Management Team is knowledgeable and welcoming. I am proud to call Legacy at Walton Park my home. CJ
