        After a bad experience with another builder, we were referred to PCH by our realtor. Lance and Logan set up a meeting to discuss the house we wanted to build. They talked us through each step and detailed the estimated costs. They worked with our bank to get the right amount for the loan. They provided receipts for all materials and services provided at each step. They are very attentive to our needs and were able to offer helpful suggestions. Our newly constructed house is ahead of schedule. We couldn't be more pleased. Service: Home building
