The staff in this office is absolutely fantastic, they go to all extents to make sure you are taken care of and don't just feel like another set of papers. They work VERY hard to fix any issues and help in all ways!!!

Jennette Gunderson is a FANTASTIC Agent. Ive been with Farmers for a couple years now and she has been my agent the whole time. She always looks out for me and makes sure that Im well taken care of no matter what the situation is. The other day I was dealing with an issue with my car needing to be towed. I went through Farmers and was routed to an external towing company and for whatever reason the tow wasnt completed without me or Farmers being informed of that and I ended up being charged because a different impounding company had to come pick up my car. She not only helped me locate my car (since I wasnt notified of where it was taken to either), but she also worked hard to make sure I was reimbursed for all charges. Im very grateful to Farmers insurance and more specifically Jennette for handling this crazy situation so well and for looking out for both me and my mother all these years!
