        Came at night to pick up online order. The Shift manager ignored me and didn't help. I waited maybe 10 minutes and nobody helped. Terrible service. Not coming here again.

        We were the only people in line when we ordered and when we got to the window we waited at least 18 mins just sitting at the window for our food only to receive both of our fries half empty and not tasting fresh. The employee who took the order was very friendly but it sadly doesnt make up for the rest of the experience. After tasting my food I noticed a review written two months ago by a former employee saying the GM regularly dropped food on the floor and still served it to customers as well as cooked old fries and served them now wondering about my food.
