Mark was awesome. He arrived an hour ahead of time and he waited patiently for me to arrive. He then advised that the mold I have is trivial and he cleaned it in seconds and he didnt charged money for it. What an honest and professional man. I will always use him if I have a mold issue in the future.

I chose Genesis Home Solutions to waterproof my basement. Mark did a fantastic job explaining what needed to done without trying to sell me on anything extra like others tried. I found his price to be reasonable. The work Mark and his wonderful crew completed seems to be the best solution for my issue. It is too early be completely sure. (I will update this review after sufficient time has passed) I appreciate that Mark kept me aware of what was being done throughout the process. He even followed up with pictures. At this point I would definitely recommend Genesis Home Solutions. Update: Almost a year later and now I happily say my basement has remained dry through all the days of heavy downpours.
